Experience: 0–1 year in admin/assistant roles
Provide administrative, scheduling, and coordination support to leadership and teams. Manage correspondence, documentation, travel, and general office operations.
Maintain calendars, set meetings, prepare agendas & minutes.
Draft correspondence, handle calls, manage visitors.
Maintain files, registers, and documentation.
Track office assets, vendors, and petty cash.
Arrange travel, bookings, itineraries, and logistics.
Liaise with HR/Finance/IT for coordination tasks.
Bachelor degree
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
Strong written/verbal communication & etiquette.
Organizational skills & attention to detail.
Professional conduct & confidentiality.
Graduate preferred (any stream).
English/Hindi required; Gujarati is a plus.
