Key Responsibilities:

Meet and exceed sales targets for assigned territories.

Identify and acquire new customers while upselling to existing clients.

Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.

Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and account planning.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of products & services.

Prepare reports and participate in regular performance review meetings.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and formulate effective strategies.

Prior experience in roofing line or building material industry is mandatory.
