Job Description: 

       Supply Chain Management

       Managing complete importation/exportation process

       Oversee the entire import process from purchase order to receipt in warehouse

       Coordinating with FF, negotiate rates & ensure timely delivery

       Coordinating with Custom Brokers & Shipping Lines

       Manage import related costs including freight, duties & taxes

       Knowledge of Single window

       Coordinating with Foreign Suppliers

       Import documentation & Letter of credit

       Ensuring compliance with import & export customs regulations, laws & procedures

       Stay up-to-date with changes in customs regulations & procedures

       Tracking & monitoring shipments

       Coordinating with warehouses & manage inventory

       Ensuring accurate record-keeping and documentation

       Excellent communication both verbal and writing

       Hands on experience in MM module of SAP S4 Hana
