Looking for a proactive Business Account Manager to lead account relationships with BFSI clients. The role includes renewals, cross-selling, and up-selling technology solutions across AI, Computer Vision, and Cybersecurity portfolios.
Manage existing BFSI accounts and ensure high client satisfaction.
Drive renewals, cross-sell, and up-sell across technology product lines.
Conduct regular client meetings and product consultations.
Identify account growth opportunities and lead strategic initiatives.
Deliver demos and support POCs in coordination with technical teams.
Ensure solution delivery aligns with client needs.
Monitor account performance and report key metrics to leadership.
Provide client feedback for continuous product/service improvement.
Represent offerings at events, conferences, and trade shows.
Bachelor degree
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
4+ years of experience in account management within the BFSI or IT services sector.
Prior experience in renewals and upselling of technical solutions.
Strong understanding of AI, Computer Vision, and Cybersecurity.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to articulate complex solutions to business users.
Self-starter with a customer-first mindset.
