Job Purpose

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving growth in embedded system services by creating and presenting technical sales proposals, negotiating pricing and contractual terms, and managing service renewals. The role involves handling both pre-sales and post-sales activities across domestic and international markets.

Scope

Pre and post-sales activities for both domestic and overseas markets.

Client acquisition, relationship management, and account growth in embedded systems and IT services.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and execute business strategies to expand presence in domestic and international markets.

Create growth strategies for achieving high double-digit sales in embedded services.

Prospect, identify, and pursue potential clients while managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

Drive sales in sectors such as medical and healthcare, retail, networking, industrial automation, consumer electronics, automotive, home automation, aerospace, rail, and semiconductors.

Build and maintain a comprehensive client database for current and potential customers.

Lead and manage large embedded system deals in collaboration with operations and client corporate teams.

Achieve targets for order intake, revenue generation, and profitability in embedded system sales.

Convert leads into long-term clients through effective relationship management and consultative selling.

Promote embedded services across digital and virtual platforms (LinkedIn, website, etc.).

Address and resolve post-sales issues and client grievances promptly.

Act as a strong link between the technical team and clients, ensuring alignment of expectations and deliverables.

Qualifications and Skills

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in B.B.A., B.C.A., B.M.S., B.Sc., or B.Tech (Electronics/Computer).

Master’s degree preferred: M.Tech, M.Sc. (Computer Science), M.C.A., PGDM, or MBA in Sales and Marketing.

Technical Knowledge:

Strong understanding of embedded systems, IoT, imaging, powertrain, mobile/desktop/web applications, MCUs, MPUs, cloud integration, and product engineering solutions.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in IT services or related product-based industries.

Exposure to both domestic and international markets.

 

Qualification :

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

Core Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proven success in building and managing sales processes and large deal negotiations.

Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, proposal documentation, and CRM tools.

Strong negotiation, presentation, and cold-calling skills.

Ability to manage key customer relationships and close strategic opportunities.

Familiarity with automation tools and AI-based applications (preferred).

Flexibility to work across different time zones (as per overseas clients).
