Seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth in cybersecurity products and services. The role focuses on developing new business, managing client relationships, and positioning solutions in network security, endpoint protection, threat intelligence, and cloud security.
Identify and close new business opportunities across cybersecurity domains.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Generate leads via networking, cold calling, referrals, and events.
Deliver impactful sales presentations and product demos.
Respond to RFPs and craft customized proposals.
Build and nurture relationships with CISOs, CTOs, CIOs, and IT Heads.
Provide regular pipeline updates and market intelligence to management.
Collaborate with product, technical, and marketing teams for GTM strategy.
Represent the company at industry conferences and security forums.
Bachelor degree
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
4–8 years of experience in B2B cybersecurity or IT solutions sales.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions (e.g., firewalls, SIEM, IAM, SOC, endpoint/cloud security).
Experience selling to enterprise and mid-market clients.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
CRM tools proficiency (Salesforce/HubSpot/Zoho).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong consultative selling and problem-solving approach.
Self-driven with ability to work independently.
