Job Overview:

 

As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new clients, building relationships, and securing business opportunities, while also managing existing client relationships and ensuring high-quality service

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition:
  •  
    • Identify and target potential clients within the recruitment industry.
    • Develop and execute strategies to generate new leads and convert them into clients.
    • Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
    • Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the recruitment industry.
    • Participate in networking events and industry conferences to expand the company's reach.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.

     Client Relationship Management:

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and requirements to ensure successful candidate placements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address client concerns promptly.
  • Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.

 

  Sales and Business Development:

  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to contract signing.
  • Negotiate contracts and fees with clients.
  • Track and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement business development plans to achieve company goals.

Qualification :

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

  Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the recruitment industry.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Excellent presentation and sales skills.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment industry and hiring processes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
