Key Responsibilities:


Financial Management

1. Prepare, manage, and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial reports (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow statements).

2. Oversee daily accounting and bookkeeping functions including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.

3. Monitor restaurant financial performance and provide strategic advice to improve profitability and cost control.

4. Analyze food and labor cost metrics and assist in inventory and purchasing decisions.

5. Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.

Qualification :

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

Administrative Management

1. Oversee administrative staff (if applicable), ensuring efficient internal operations.

2. Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with labor laws.

3. Ensure timely and compliant processing of payroll, tax filings, and employee benefits.

4. Develop and implement administrative procedures and internal controls to streamline operations.

5. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.

Operational Support

1. Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to understand daily operational needs and align financial strategies.

2. Support POS and inventory system management and reporting.

3. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate favorable terms and pricing.
