Job Title: Front Office Executive / Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and staff.

  • Manage incoming calls and walk-in enquiries.

  • Maintain visitor records and support office documentation.

  • Assist during events and admission activities.


Qualification :

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

Education & Skills:

  • Graduate (B.A./B.Com./BBA preferred).

  • Basic computer knowledge, spoken English, and front office training preferred.

  • Polite, professional, proactive, and neatly presented.

  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (Punjabi preferred).

Experience Required: 1–2 years (school or service industry preferred).
