Job Title: Front Office Executive / Receptionist
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and staff.
Manage incoming calls and walk-in enquiries.
Maintain visitor records and support office documentation.
Assist during events and admission activities.
Bachelor degree
Education & Skills:
Graduate (B.A./B.Com./BBA preferred).
Basic computer knowledge, spoken English, and front office training preferred.
Polite, professional, proactive, and neatly presented.
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (Punjabi preferred).
Experience Required: 1–2 years (school or service industry preferred).
