Job Title: Head Chef

We are seeking a highly talented and creative Head Chef who can bring fresh culinary ideas to life and lead kitchen operations with excellence. The ideal candidate should be innovative, adventurous, and eager to be part of a unique gastronomic journey.
Lead the kitchen team with strong management, organization, and communication skills.
Collaborate closely with the owners to develop and refine creative menu concepts.
Create visually appealing and flavorful dishes that align with the brand’s vision.
Manage food costing, portion control, inventory, and overall kitchen efficiency.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, quality, and consistency in daily operations.
Experiment with bold and original culinary ideas, pushing boundaries and exploring new techniques.
Bachelor degree
Preferably a South American chef with exposure to diverse cuisines.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment.
Strong understanding of food costing, menu planning, and kitchen management.
Young, dynamic, and eager to learn and grow with the brand.
Open-minded, creative, and comfortable working in a collaborative environment.
