Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Pastry and Chocolate Chef to lead the creation, design, and execution of exceptional pastry and chocolate products. The role requires a creative culinary professional with strong leadership capabilities to manage the kitchen team, maintain quality standards, and innovate menu offerings.
Lead and oversee all pastry and chocolate production.
Design and develop innovative recipes and seasonal menus.
Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all products.
Manage inventory, cost control, and waste reduction.
Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Collaborate with management to meet customer expectations and brand standards.
Bachelor degree
Graduation in Culinary Arts or related field – Mandatory.
Special diplomas and professional courses from recognized institutions in pastry and chocolate making.
