Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with strong expertise in recruitment and onboarding. The ideal candidate will lead talent acquisition efforts, streamline onboarding processes, and support the overall HR function to ensure a smooth employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to integrate new employees efficiently.
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and build recruitment strategies.
Maintain accurate HR records and reports related to hiring and onboarding activities.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR best practices.
Support employee engagement initiatives and HR-related process improvements.
Candidate Profile:
Female candidates preferred (to align with existing staff composition).
Local citizen of the Philippines.
Bachelor degree
Age range: 40–50 years.
Proven experience in recruitment and onboarding.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Compensation:
Salary: PHP 90,000 per month
