Role Summary The Human Resource Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, performance management, and organizational development. Key Responsibilities • Develop hiring plans and manage end-to-end recruitment
• Conduct interviews and coordinate onboarding processes
• Address grievances, mediate conflicts, and promote a positive work culture
• Organize engagement activities and feedback mechanisms
• Implement appraisal systems and track KRAs/KPIs
• Support managers in performance reviews and development plans
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies

• Coordinate with finance for timely payroll processing
• Administer benefits, leaves, and statutory deductions
