Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead and manage all technology operations and infrastructure. This role requires hands-on expertise in systems administration, ERP management, cybersecurity, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will align IT strategies with business goals and ensure optimal system performance and security.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Strategy & Planning

  • Define and implement IT strategies in alignment with business goals.

  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend upgrades or enhancements.

Systems & Network Management

  • Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, hardware, software, and networks.

  • Ensure high uptime and performance across all IT systems.

ERP & Business Applications

  • Manage and maintain ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Tally, or custom ERP).

  • Coordinate with vendors for ERP support and upgrades.

Cybersecurity

  • Enforce cybersecurity protocols to protect systems and data.

  • Monitor for threats and respond to incidents effectively.

IT Support & Troubleshooting

  • Lead the IT support team to resolve issues efficiently.

  • Train and assist internal users across departments.

Vendor & Budget Management

  • Handle vendor relationships and IT procurement.

  • Manage IT budgets with cost-effective planning.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure compliance with data protection laws and internal IT policies.

  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of IT assets, configurations, and SOPs.


Qualification :

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

  • Experience: 7–10 years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role.

  • Industry Exposure: Experience in retail, manufacturing, or luxury sectors is a plus.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Network administration

    • ERP systems

    • Cybersecurity

    • Hardware/software troubleshooting

  • Soft Skills:

    • Strong communication (English & Hindi)

    • Leadership & team management

    • Time management & multitasking
