Job Description – Junior Civil Engineer

Location: Saykha, Bharuch, Gujarat
Compensation: ₹3.6 – 4.56 LPA (approx. ₹35,000/month)
Experience: 2 years in civil engineering projects

Role Overview

Support project execution through site supervision, drawings, BOQs, compliance, and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise site civil works (RCC, masonry, paving, utilities).

  • Read & interpret architectural/structural drawings.

  • Prepare BOQs, BBS, and material reconciliations.

  • Check material/work quality as per IS codes.

  • Track daily/weekly progress, reports, and schedules.

  • Ensure EHS compliance (PPE, safety norms).

  • Verify contractor bills & support project meetings.


Qualification :

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

Required Skills

  • Site supervision & quality management.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting).

  • BOQ preparation & measurement verification.

  • Knowledge of RCC, rebar, finishing, and construction codes.

  • MS Excel/Sheets for tracking & reports.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

  • Knowledge of IS codes & local construction regulations.

Growth Path

Junior Civil Engineer → Site/Project Engineer → Senior Engineer → Project/Construction Manager
