Job Description of Sr. KAE ( Key Account Executive) Modern Trade 
Monitor sell-out by customer/by brand/by salesmen as well as market behaviors and competitors’ development to have timely and suitable reactions
Establish and maintain the favorable relationship with major customers
Maintain good PR with the category and operations team of the Modern Trade Channel.
Ensuring offers and visibility are tracked through company app.
Keep a track and follow up customer for outstandings and payment and ensure timely accounting reconciliation.
Effectively communicate with MT clients
Stay in touch with MT POCs for regular reports and following for pending tasks.
Should be capable to negotiate with Modern Trade customers about the terms and conditions of the contract
Managing the Modern Trade distributors and ensuring timely deliveries and inventory is maintained.
Reviewing inventory level of the distributor and order placement.

Qualification :

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

Analyze sales data and timely submit sales reports to the managers
Assist in the planning process and execution of Modern Trade visibility, offers, sampling activities and merchandising. 
Generating NPIs and listing new products and ensuring timely product launch
Handle inventory planning and projections client wise, and timely intimate the managers.
Sourching and activating new accounts.
Perform other job-related as assigned.
Seek out and explore new sales, product, and customer opportunities in the Modern Trade channel.
Understanding of sales strategies and market dynamics and analyize competitor activities
