Key Skills & Competencies:
In-depth knowledge of BTL activations, retail branding, mall activations, RWA activities, roadshows, operations for stalls etc.
Strong project and time management skills with ability to handle multiple campaigns.
Excellent negotiation and vendor management capabilities.
Strong budgeting and financial planning skills.
Hands-on knowledge of production materials, fabrication, staging, and AV setups.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
Qualifications:
Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Event Management, Mass Communication, or related field.
Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in an event agency environment.
Proven track record in managing large-scale brand activations ,BTL campaigns and operations for stalls.
Willingness to travel as per project requirements.
