Job Title: Manager / Sr. Manager – International Business Development (LATAM & Europe)

Location: New Delhi, India (Head Office)

Salary Range: ₹15–20 LPA
Industry Preference: Healthcare – Medical Disposables / Hospital Products (e.g., IV Cannula & Catheters)
Experience: Minimum 8–12 years in Export/International Business Development in the Medical Device sector

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven International Business Development Manager / Sr. Manager to drive growth in LATAM and European markets. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in handling exports and building client relationships in the medical disposables sector.

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive sales and market penetration in LATAM and Europe.

  • Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and key accounts in target regions.

  • Manage end-to-end export operations including regulatory compliance, documentation, and logistics coordination.

  • Conduct detailed market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and pricing strategy formulation.

  • Participate in international medical trade fairs, exhibitions, and conferences to enhance brand presence.

  • Build strong relationships with distributors, hospitals, procurement agencies, and government institutions.

  • Collaborate with internal departments including production, regulatory, and logistics to fulfill client requirements.

  • Provide regular reporting on sales performance, market trends, and growth forecasts.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • Proven experience in international sales/export business development in the medical devices sector.

  • Deep understanding of international trade regulations, certifications, and compliance (e.g., CE, ISO).

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
