Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing executives to ensure business development goals and sales targets are met.

• Business Growth: Identify new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking, and guide the team to execute strategies effectively.

• Sales Management: Promote and sell products/services, assisting the team in closing deals and fostering customer loyalty.

• Customer Relationship: Build and nurture strong customer relationships, ensuring exceptional after-sales support for long-term satisfaction.

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies in collaboration with the marketing team to execute campaigns, promotions, and on-ground activations.

• Market & Competitor Analysis: Oversee market research efforts to identify trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive insights.

• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and track sales activities, ensuring team members maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and meetings.

• Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with senior leadership and the marketing team for content, campaign strategies, and event planning. Submit detailed reports on team performance and key metrics.
