Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated MEP Project Manager to lead MEP projects from inception to completion. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, and delivery within deadlines and budget while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning:
Develop detailed project plans, defining scope, objectives, timelines, and resources.
Set milestones and track progress to ensure timely delivery.
Team Leadership:
Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Stakeholder Liaison:
Serve as the primary contact for clients, consultants, and contractors.
Maintain transparent communication and resolve issues promptly.
Budget Management:
Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets.
Conduct financial tracking and variance reporting.
Risk Management:
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Bachelor degree
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Client Interaction:
Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular project updates.
Ensure client satisfaction and promote repeat business.
Quality Assurance:
Monitor progress and ensure adherence to project specifications.
Conduct reviews and implement lessons learned for process improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; Master’s preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in MEP project management.
PMP certification is an advantage.
Strong leadership, planning, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
