Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Operations Team Lead to oversee and manage daily operations in the transportation/mobility sector. The ideal candidate will lead a team, ensure smooth workflow, optimize processes, and drive high performance while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of operations staff to achieve departmental goals.
Monitor daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
Develop and implement process improvements to optimize operational efficiency.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
Support and participate in recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of operations staff.
Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment and help the team meet targets.
Bachelor degree
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree required.
2-3 years of operations experience in the transportation or mobility industry.
Proven experience managing or leading a team.
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong initiative, problem-solving ability, and customer service orientation.
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and meet targets.
Experience with online marketplaces is desirable.
Interest in the transportation or mobility industry is a plus.
