Personal Assistant

Salary: €4,500 per month

GENERAL DUTIES

Personal & Lifestyle Support

Assist with diary and schedule coordination for both business and personal matters.

Organize and oversee personal appointments, events, and family activities.

Arrange travel itineraries and logistics, including private and commercial travel, hotel bookings, and ground transportation.

Coordinate with service providers, restaurants, clubs, and exclusive venues in Monaco and abroad.

Support with personal errands, shopping, and liaising with household and domestic staff when required..

Qualification :

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

Business & Administrative Support

Provide administrative support to senior team members and the Monaco office.

Prepare correspondence, documentation, and meeting materials.

Handle confidential information with discretion and accuracy.

Assist with expense tracking, record-keeping, and filing systems.

EXPERIENCE

Proven experience in a Personal Assistant, Assistant PA, or Executive Assistant role, ideally within a private client, family office, or wealth management environment.

Demonstrated capacity to manage both personal and business matters with professionalism and discretion.

Strong experience coordinating complex travel and schedules.

Candidates must be very familiar with life in Monaco and ideally already resident, with strong local knowledge of venues, services, and providers.

QUALIFICATIONS

Key Competencies

Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain high levels of organization, accuracy, and follow-through.

Communication: Clear, professional, and diplomatic communication skills. Fluency in English and French (spoken and written) is required.

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and respond flexibly to changing needs, including occasional requests outside standard office hours.

Problem-Solving: Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs and resolve issues discreetly.

Academic

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Languages, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.

Additional training in Executive Assistance, Office Management, or Secretarial Studies is an advantage.

Advanced IT proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite essential; familiarity with project or workflow tools beneficial)
