Job Title: Private Chef – Indian Cuisine (Veg & Non-Veg)
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience Required: 8–10 years minimum
Salary Range: ₹60,000 – ₹80,000 per month
Education: Diploma or Degree in Hospitality / Culinary Arts (mandatory)
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Chef specializing in Indian cuisine, capable of preparing both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in tandoor cooking and be proficient in creating authentic, flavorful meals with a focus on presentation and taste.
Plan and prepare daily meals as per client preferences and dietary requirements.
Expertise in North and South Indian cuisines, including regional specialties.
Handle tandoor operations efficiently and safely.
Maintain kitchen hygiene, inventory, and ingredient freshness.
Create innovative menus for regular and special occasions.
Ensure timely meal preparation and service.
Manage food procurement and kitchen supplies within budget.
Bachelor degree
Minimum 8–10 years of professional culinary experience as a chef, preferably in fine dining or private kitchens.
Proven expertise in Indian cuisine (veg & non-veg) with strong tandoor skills.
Must not be Gujarati (preferred to ensure cuisine diversity).
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality / Culinary Arts is mandatory.
Strong organizational skills, cleanliness, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and maintain discretion in a private setting.
