The Production Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising daily production operations related to plastic products such as pipes, water tanks, LD sheets, and carry bags. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to ensure smooth and efficient production output.
Plan, schedule, and manage day-to-day production activities.
Ensure optimum utilization of machines, manpower, and raw materials.
Monitor production targets, quality standards, and preventive maintenance.
Coordinate with stores, maintenance, and quality control teams for seamless operations.
Prepare Daily Production Reports (machine-wise, product-wise, shift-wise) including raw material consumption, output, rejections, and efficiency.
Analyze production data to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
Implement safety protocols, reduce wastage, and enhance productivity.
Train, guide, and motivate production staff for improved performance and discipline.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or related field.
MBA in Operations/Production is preferred (not mandatory).
Certifications in production planning, lean manufacturing, or quality control are an added advantage.
