Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales and Application Engineer to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving sales and providing technical applications support for cutting tools. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical engineering, combined with substantial experience in sales, and will play a pivotal role in fostering relationships with clients and achieving business objectives.

*Key Responsibilities:* -
• Sales Management: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and
expand market share for cutting tools.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Technical Support: Provide expert technical advice and application support to customers; conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
• Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform product development and sales strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to ensure alignment with customer needs and market demands.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics.

• Strong technical knowledge of cutting tools and their applications.
