Job Summary:

We are looking for an organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations. The ideal candidate will act as the vital link between customers and internal departments, ensuring efficient communication, timely updates, and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Satisfaction:
    Respond promptly to customer emails, complaints, and inquiries. Provide real-time updates on orders and ensure clear, timely communication.

  • Interdepartmental Coordination:
    Liaise with various departments (sales, dispatch, production, accounts) to ensure accurate information flow and timely action.

  • Reporting & Analytics:
    Compile and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.

  • Follow-ups:
    Implement structured follow-up mechanisms to drive timely responses across departments.


Educational Qualifications:

  • Graduation: Any graduate degree with relevant sales coordination experience.

  • Post-Graduation / Special Course: Not mandatory but will be an added advantage.


Skills & Competencies:

  • Sales Reporting: Capable of preparing and presenting performance data and client updates.

  • CRM Management: Proficient in using CRM tools or Google Sheets/Excel for tracking leads, follow-ups, and customer engagement.

  • Customer-Centric Thinking: Focused on enhancing client satisfaction through consistent and responsive communication.

  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Able to bridge communication across various departments to ensure customer needs are met effectively.


Communication Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication, especially for professional email correspondence.

  • Good listening skills to understand and resolve customer queries and internal coordination needs.

  • Fluent in English (mandatory) and Telugu and/or Hindi (preferred).
