We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive with proven experience in the events, exhibitions, and corporate gifting sectors within the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of selling promotional items, branded materials, exhibition stands, and marketing collaterals. This role requires strong client relationship management skills, a proactive sales approach, and a deep understanding of the local market.
Bachelor degree
Drive sales of corporate gifts, promotional products, marketing collaterals, exhibition setups, and other event-related services.
Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, networking, and attending industry events.
Collaborate with the social media team to align digital presence with sales efforts.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
Coordinate with in-house design and production teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services as per client specifications.
Maintain and present accurate weekly and monthly sales reports to management.
Consistently meet or exceed assigned monthly sales targets.
Stay up to date on market trends, new products, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience in the UAE within the events, corporate gifting, or marketing collateral industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a healthy sales pipeline.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an added advantage.
Strong organizational skills, proactive attitude, and ability to work independently.
UAE Driving License is highly preferred.
Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales reporting systems is a plus.
Monthly Salary: AED 5,000 – 7,000 (based on experience)

Commission Structure:
5% commission on revenue exceeding the monthly sales target
Example: If the target is AED 80,000 and actual sales are AED 100,000, commission = 5% of AED 20,000 = AED 1,000
Commission is calculated on pre-VAT revenue
