Key Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect potential clients in the Mumbai or Delhi region, as applicable.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients within the designated area.
Understand client needs and provide tailored logistics solutions to meet their requirements.
Collaborate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations to clients.
Prepare and negotiate contracts and proposals.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and competitors.
Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets within the designated region.
Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends to the Sales Manager.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
This role primarily involves office-based work and does not have specific physical requirements.
Working Conditions:
Normal office working conditions apply. Some travel may be required for client meetings and industry events within the Mumbai or Delhi region, as applicable.
