Location: Candidate should be from Banglore and Hyderabad only
Salary: 40000-50000 per month
Roles and Responsibilites:
- Developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain
- Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Prepare sales contract ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
Qualifications:
Experience Requirements:
- 3-5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the security industry.
- Strong understanding of security solutions and technologies, including access control, surveillance, and alarm systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).

- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in customer support is a plus
