Candidate must have 3+ years of experience in BDM

Job type: On site-Full time permanent

Job timimgs: 9:30AM-6:00PM

Location: Candidate should be from Banglore and Hyderabad only

Salary: 40000-50000 per month

 

Roles and Responsibilites:

  • Developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain
  • Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Prepare sales contract ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople 

Qualifications:

  • Educational background in business, marketing, or finance
  • Sharp negotiation and networking skills 

  • Organizational skills

  • Problem-solving skills

Experience Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the security industry.
  • Strong understanding of security solutions and technologies, including access control, surveillance, and alarm systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).

  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
  • Proven sales track record
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
