• Wastage control

• segregation of waiters in restaurant
• preparing Branch report of Sales to be on Daily, Weekly, Monthly
• control stock levels and ordering
• Plan the employee roaster & transportation and discuss with the Multi Branch
Manager
• Make sure all staff have the necessary Gov documentation when operating and
report any issues

Professional certificate
Mininum 5 yrs Experience.
