Job Title: Accounting Executive
Location: Vadodara

Reporting To: Accounting Manager


Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounting Executive to manage financial records, statutory compliance, payroll, and day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting practices and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.


Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.

  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and compliance.

  • Proficient in Tally, MS Excel, and standard accounting principles.

  • Knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and related statutory regulations.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, especially in English.

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Bookkeeping

  • Maintain accurate daily books of accounts using Tally or similar accounting software.

  • Record journal entries, manage general ledgers, and perform bank reconciliations.

  • Prepare financial statements and monthly management reports.

  • Generate fund requests for office expenses.

Statutory Compliance

  • Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, ROC, PF, and ESIC returns.

  • Handle statutory dues payments and filings to avoid penalties.

  • Coordinate with external auditors and consultants during audits and year-end closing.

Banking & Finance

  • Manage daily banking tasks including deposits, payments, and reconciliations.

  • Process vendor and employee payments.

  • Monitor company cash flow and banking credit limits.

Payroll & Salary

  • Process monthly payroll including PF, ESIC, and TDS calculations.

  • Maintain employee attendance and leave records.

Vendor & Office Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers.

  • Manage office supplies and ensure smooth daily operations.

HR & Compliance Support

  • Coordinate with labor consultants to ensure labor law compliance.

  • Support onboarding processes and maintain employee documentation.

Export Documentation & Insurance

  • Work with logistics and insurance partners to handle shipment insurance.

  • Maintain accurate export-import documentation and compliance records.
