Job Title: Accounting Executive

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounting Executive to manage financial records, statutory compliance, payroll, and day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting practices and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and compliance.
Proficient in Tally, MS Excel, and standard accounting principles.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and related statutory regulations.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, especially in English.
Exposure to international operations and trade.

Maintain accurate daily books of accounts using Tally or similar accounting software.
Record journal entries, manage general ledgers, and perform bank reconciliations.
Prepare financial statements and monthly management reports.
Generate fund requests for office expenses.
Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, ROC, PF, and ESIC returns.
Handle statutory dues payments and filings to avoid penalties.
Coordinate with external auditors and consultants during audits and year-end closing.
Manage daily banking tasks including deposits, payments, and reconciliations.
Process vendor and employee payments.
Monitor company cash flow and banking credit limits.
Process monthly payroll including PF, ESIC, and TDS calculations.
Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
Maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers.
Manage office supplies and ensure smooth daily operations.
Coordinate with labor consultants to ensure labor law compliance.
Support onboarding processes and maintain employee documentation.
Work with logistics and insurance partners to handle shipment insurance.
Maintain accurate export-import documentation and compliance records.
