Assistant Manager – Administration

Location: Mumbai
Experience: 3 to 5 years in admin
Qualification: Graduate
CTC: ₹3.5 – ₹5 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations, supplies, equipment, cleanliness, and security

  • Coordinate repairs and facility improvements

  • Ensure compliance with fire safety, labor laws, and government norms

  • Manage vendors and service providers

  • Track and control administrative budgets

  • Maintain office assets and inventory

  • Arrange travel, lodging, and logistics for employees

  • Support staff with seating, IDs, and onboarding/offboarding


Qualification :

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Strong organizational & time management

  • Vendor negotiation & tech-savviness (MS Office/ERP)

  • Attention to detail & confidentiality
