We are looking for a highly skilled Compensation & Benefits Lead to design, manage, and optimize compensation structures and benefit programs. The role requires strong analytical expertise, market benchmarking knowledge, and the ability to align compensation strategies with business goals.
Design compensation packages and bonus programs aligned with organizational strategy.
Ensure compliance with pay equity, human rights, and labor legislation.
Identify compensation trends and implement innovative employee engagement practices.
Conduct employee satisfaction research using surveys and data analysis.
Revise compensation plans with monetary and non-monetary benefits as per employee needs.
Track prevailing pay rates and ensure competitiveness in the market.
Draft and manage job descriptions, job evaluations, and job classification frameworks.
Structure compensation to maximize organizational value.
Evaluate and report on employee benefit program effectiveness.
Conduct compensation benchmarking studies and implement findings.
Lead and execute salary projects integrated with HR systems.
Bachelor degree
Proven experience as a Compensation & Benefits Manager, Lead, or similar role.
Hands-on expertise in HRIS or payroll systems.
Strong knowledge of compensation package design and bonus program management.
Excellent understanding of job evaluation and job analysis methodologies.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
In-depth knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
