We are hiring a Customer Technology Advisor for our client – a global leader in IT infrastructure services. In this strategic and customer-facing role, you will act as a trusted advisor and solution architect, helping clients navigate complex IT challenges through innovative, value-driven application services. Bachelor degree
Drive client engagement initiatives in Application Modernization, Migration, Observability, and Support.
Advise on Application Engineering strategies including Development, Testing, and Release Management.
Provide expert insights and solutions across ERP, CRM, Mainframe, and Cloud platforms.
Lead pre-sales and consultative selling efforts, ensuring alignment with best practices and client goals.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external alliance partners to build joint go-to-market solutions.
Conduct demos, proofs of concept, and technical presentations to highlight the value of proposed solutions.
Identify opportunities for cost optimization and competitive differentiation.
Support architecture, consulting, and advisory activities across sales and delivery teams.
7+ years of experience designing and delivering Application Services (modernization, migration, support).
Strong knowledge of application domains: Mainframe, ERP, Custom Applications, Automation Tools.
In-depth understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and related tools.
Proven expertise in:
Cloud platforms, Middleware, BI & Analytics, Mobile App Development
ERP/CRM Systems Integration
Track record of developing value-based, customer-centric solutions.
Strong consultative selling experience and familiarity with pre-sales lifecycle.
Recognized subject matter expert with relevant technical certifications (Application, Data, AI).
Industry experience in BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing, Public Sector, or Telecom.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
10–12 years of experience in technology consulting or solution selling.
Exposure to emerging technologies like DevSecOps, AI/ML, and Automation.
