Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Cutting & Tailoring Specialist to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in garment cutting, tailoring, and alterations. This role demands precision, efficiency, and a deep understanding of fabric handling and garment construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret patterns and design specifications to cut fabric with precision.

• Perform high-quality stitching and tailoring for custom and standard garments.

• Conduct fittings and make necessary adjustments or alterations.

• Ensure all garments meet quality and finish standards.

• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the tailoring area.

• Handle various fabrics, tailoring tools, and machines efficiently.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 4 to 5 years of proven experience in cutting and tailoring (mandatory).

• Expertise in tailoring techniques, stitching, and fabric knowledge.

• Ability to understand garment construction and customer measurements.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

• Basic communication in English or Arabic preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: 250 Kuwaiti Dinar

• Allowances: Additional benefits as per company policy (to be discussed during the interview)

• Work Environment: Supportive and professional tailoring unit

• This position is not open to freshers. Only experienced professionals should apply.

• Candidates must be willing to relocate to Kuwait for the duration of the contract.
