Job Summary:

We are seeking an accomplished and results-driven Domestic Sales & Marketing Head to lead sales operations across India. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience from the healthcare or medical device industry, with a strong track record in driving revenue growth, leading large sales teams, and building robust relationships with healthcare stakeholders and channel partners.15    18

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve national revenue and growth targets.

  • Lead, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team across multiple regions in India.

  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and emerging markets within the medical disposables and hospital product segments.

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers at hospitals, medical institutions, distributors, and channel partners.

  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and regulatory teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.

  • Analyze market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine sales approaches and maintain competitive advantage.

  • Ensure adherence to all industry regulations, quality standards, and internal compliance protocols.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.

  • 15–18 years of progressive experience in sales leadership roles within the medical device or healthcare manufacturing sector.

  • Proven ability to manage large and diverse sales teams across multiple geographies.

  • Strong industry network and relationships within the Indian healthcare ecosystem.

  • Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • Willingness to travel extensively across India.
