Job Title: Chef de Cuisine
Department: Kitchen – Hot & Cold Sections
Job Description:
Design menus and daily specials featuring Italian, French, and international cuisines
Supervise kitchen stations, maintain HACCP and hygiene standards
Train Sous Chefs, CDPs, and Kitchen Helpers
Coordinate with procurement for ingredient quality and cost control
Ensure consistent presentation and portioning
Collaborate with restaurant management for guest feedback and menu updates
Bachelor degree
Contract Duration: 2-year renewable
Location: Muscat or Salalah (based on business need)
Experience: 8+ years in fine dining, including 3+ years as Executive/Head Chef
Salary: 350–650 OMR basic + housing, transport, duty meals
Vacation: 30 calendar days annually
Education: Culinary Diploma/Associate; HACCP Level 4 preferred
Languages: Fluent English, basic Arabic (preferred), additional European languages (a plus)
