Job Summary:

Seeking a creative and detail-oriented Jewellery Designer to develop innovative, high-quality designs that are both aesthetically appealing and commercially viable. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current market trends and technical knowledge of jewelry design and production. You will collaborate with CAD designers, casting units, and quality control teams to turn design concepts into finished products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop original jewelry designs aligned with client requirements and market trends.

• Prepare technical specifications and coordinate with sourcing and production teams.

• Research international and domestic trends to create market-relevant collections.

• Conduct competitive analysis and share periodic reports.

• Maintain a repository of new materials, design techniques, and inspirations.

• Ensure timely production through close coordination with supply and manufacturing partners.

• Work with CAD designers to translate sketches into 3D models.

• Collaborate with casting and quality teams to maintain production quality.

• Participate in weekly internal meetings to review design progress and project status.
