The school currently serves around 700 students, with plans to expand to 1,000+ students in the upcoming academic year. Expansion projects are underway, including upgraded sports and extracurricular facilities, and senior secondary affiliation is expected soon.
The Principal will play a critical leadership role, combining academic oversight, team management, and institutional development. This is a strategic and execution-oriented position requiring proven experience, vision, and discipline.
Bachelor degree
Must have independently led a school with 1,500–2,000 students.
Proven history of strong board exam results over the past 5 years.
Experience in initiating or implementing school development or academic projects.
Ability to maintain professional relationships with management, staff, and faculty.
Must demonstrate emotional maturity and decision-making free from personal bias.
Knowledge of school budgeting and financial planning.
Competence in community engagement and priority management.
Proficiency with CBSE platforms such as OASIS, SARAS, and SQAAF.
Ability to operate and manage school ERP systems and digital workflows.
Skilled in using data-driven insights for academic and administrative decision-making.
Familiarity with modern teaching practices and education technology tools.
Preferred Age: 45–50 years.
Energetic, decisive, and focused with strong organizational and team management skills.
Ability to motivate, supervise, and evaluate school staff effectively.
