Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads in international markets (US & Canada).

  • Identify customer needs and set up meetings for the sales team.

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams including Marketing and Sales.

  • Maintain and update CRM tools with lead and activity information.

  • Consistently achieve or exceed qualified lead quotas.

Requirements:

  • Proven 2+ years of experience in B2B outbound sales in international markets, preferably US and Canada.

  • Strong cold-calling skills and objection handling ability.

  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, target-driven environments.

  • Tech-savvy and experienced in using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
