Supervise specific sections and assist the Chef de Cuisine
Maintain production schedules and hygiene logs
Train junior chefs and kitchen assistants
Manage food cost, portion control, and minimize wastage
Bachelor degree
Contract Duration: 2-year renewable
Location: Muscat or Salalah
Experience: 5+ years total, 1+ year as Sous Chef
Salary: 280 OMR basic + benefits
Vacation: 30 days annually
Education: Culinary diploma; HACCP Level 3
Languages: Good English, Arabic is a plus
